I haven't played in months. I've gone on a handful of winning streaks of 5+. My highest losing streak has been two games. This is in the past 48 hours. I'm wondering about the different possibilities to explain this.

1. There was a crackdown on speedhackers and delayers (I'm still seeing a good half-second lag response time from some, but that's manageable).
2. The server population as a whole has become less adept at sparring.
3. I have been playing at Ballmer Peak.
