They think they are, but they really aren't.
They are just born into an environment where they grow up being brainwashed to think this because it's an easy way to get them to follow you, the true motivation is and always will be power.
The teachings of the Quran do not teach anyone to kill for Allah, extremist people teach other people this to gain their support and following.
I just dislike seeing Muslims being associated with this at all because millions of them live in places like United States and a lot of people have poor thinking and will think all of them are like this when they aren't which is why it is best to just not say it at all.

The government right now (even the world) is placing blame on 'Muslims' in general for this.
I learned that Muslims are doing this to 'kill' for the sake of Allah on the radio and a little in the news. The government is attacking another religion again and brainwashing the public to stereotype and create a stigma that all Muslims are inherently bound to kill you for the sake of conversion.
