And France is doing a bad job at " facing up terrorism".
|
What I meant was, France are doing a **** job at keeping a low profile (per say) against the extremists, however it's encouraging for them to challenge some of the beliefs of the extremists such as banning burkhas in public areas or the charlie hebdo comics (even though these were made by French people - not government).
The Brits (government) wouldnt dare go against or upset the views of the extremists - if anything they would ban popular christian norms (such as wearing the Poppy flower in rememberance) if it meant the other religions didn't get upset. Despite this - I can see that its part of a bigger picture. Don't upset the enemy or the people of your country are more prone to being the next target I guess..
TL;DR
France give extremists the middle finger in multiple ways, seems patriotic at the time
Later people get killed for giving the middle finger - huge ****ing mistake by France (in general)
But you can't blame France really, it's not the Gun that kills it's the person holding the gun
Sorry if this sounds like a lot of bs to anyone reading this, im just tired and frustrated and trying to speak my mind
