Staff management is supposed to take ideas from the players to improve their game, the players shouldn't have to fix it themselves.

Plus, staff can have all the ideas that they want for Zone, but nothing usually ever gets done.

edit: You also seem to be forgetting -- prior to the hiring of this, 13 out of the 20 (including PumaD and I) of the individual posters in this thread have worked for iZone before. There's now 14 if you include Nep.
