ERA's problem is not the damage of guns. its the insane low freeze and high firing rates.

Don't those kind of play a part in the amount of damage a gun can inflict though? I mean, no, the amount of points they're technically capable of inflicting per shot does not change due to the rates of either the freeze or fire rates, but rather the amount of damage they're capable of inflicting per second?
Low freeze, higher fire rate = more damage done. So, it's kind of the damage, but not.. but is. Maybe I'm just dumb?
Your point still stands though. I'm just attempting to argue a rather mute point out of boredom.
But, you know, what are they to do? The game's so cluttered with guns, if they were to nerf one, they'd have to nerf another, then another, then another, in hopes of attaining balance between them all.
