Saying it "sucked" is still a pretty rude thing to say after people put time and effort into making it to the best of their ability. Would you like it if you made something you were proud of, only to be told by someone "it sucked", how do you think that'd make you feel? I understand he was giving his opinion, but he could have at least said why it sucked...

Leave him alone he's entitled to his own opinion. He thinks it sucks. Instead of looking at it from a: ''wow admins are so lazy they put no work into hats'' perspective, maybe he was talking from a perspective like: ''oh none of these hats intrest me and I'm dissapointed''. And why does he need to sign up for GFX or Dev? Isn't that the current GFX and Dev's job? Ever wonder why there is a feedback button? It's so players like him can say what they feel about the game or events like this and you guys take that into consideration and maybe improve next year. I know you can't impress everyone as some people like it and some people are dissapointed. Maybe instead of saying that to him, maybe ask: well what did you not like and what would you want to see next time?
