It has less to do with having a ban record and more to do with having an extensive ban record and what lies within said ban record. What do you think happens if you hire someone with a long ban record for cussing at people and scamming people or even something worse like sexual misconduct? They just turn a new leaf and change their ways? Maybe, but not hardly.

Most of my bans are from ages ago, and I've gotton warns got no reason at all at times.
I haven't scammed anyone lmao
Also, I don't really curse at people unless
