Great job, 3% is pretty impressive even for your bw. Do you do any workouts outside of calisthenics?
Also whats your max for pullups?

I don't do any other workouts outside of Calisthenics - nope. I'm strict on it.
But every so often I do increase my reps and sets to an insane amount.
(Like 500 pushups a day, 200 pullups, etc.)
My max for pullups is 46 non stop, but that was last checked a few weeks back.
(This is without weight added.)
My max for pushups is 108 non stop (which is not that good to me now.)
I'm starting to slowly add weight to everything - 45 lbs to be exact, and divide all my reps by 2.
Niceee. I really need to get into working out. I needa get my lazy ass up. And good job with no supplements. I think using those is ******ed but whatevs GG
