Go vegetarian first, do that for a few months and go from there. Even going vegetarian is hard.
A good way to start is first cutting out red meats for the first two weeks, still eating white meat, and after two weeks cut out white meat, still eating fish. After four weeks cut out all meat. Worked for me.

So you don't do it all at once? If this is the case then i think i could go through the process much easier and not stress as much about it. Thanks for the tip's people <3.
