I don't think the player count would decrease. I think the average number of players online at any given time will be significantly lower, though. However, there are so many people on Graal that are AFK and just taking up space on the server. When you think of it, it's kind of selfish to AFK because you're contributing to making the server lag and you're hurting other people's fun.
