Remove hours stat > no need for afk > make afk banable because they are purposely contributing to the lag (15 mins+ Afk for 30 min - 1 hour ban)> make graal city a non chat zone and remove all code shop Shields.

A ban is a little extreme, maybe the old jail room or a restriction to your guild house so you can still pm people and such.
