You are right Negatives are judged by their stats
I seriesed the leader of gold when I was a serious sparrer (late 2014)
He beat me twice I beat him like 10 times.
I did it to get into gold for the gst
he refused to give me tag because I was negative.

Lag caps and spar monitors would really help
And getting rid of those kids who rage after every spar.
