I won't say anything about the controls 'cause they're your opinion.
It is difficult to get armor to +5 or higher when you're new to the game, and it can be really annoying when you fail. And if you want to make it high level and become decent or great, you could take the solo route which takes longer, or you could join a guild and have friends help you. But I understand if you don't care to even play.

Everyone has their different opinions.
(Forgot to mention. TWOM had maintenance - Gift boxes will end. Forest of Maze text errors have been fixed.)
