If squatting hurts your back you are doing it wrong. Look up some powerlifting videos to see how to properly squat. Also I'm gonna assume if you are squatting 95lb you are really small, you're gonna want to eat more if thats the case.
Also how are you graded in that class if a 95lb squat is an A?

Most likely on effort/improvement. Wouldnt be fair to base it on weight.
