Any tips for what to do when it's 0.5 v 0.5? My hands get really sweaty and they start shaking a bit and I start to overcome away from my playstyle.

nobody can teach someone to spar
You need to spar for yourself to learn.

Completely untrue.
Droid taught me how to spar and after about 2 months of him teaching me I was better than a lot of people in the battle arena (these people had been playing years).
Having someone teach you wont instantly make you better, but it will increase the speed of which you improve for sure.
So either I'm a very talented sparrer or teaching does work. I think it's the latter
