I'm guessing with the target indicator it will be an update coming where we can hire Bounty Hunters (like one player to hunt down another player) but I'm not sure if thats what it's for.

Just know that the indicator for "Target" has to do with targeting another player, something to do with attacking them. Base your graphic off of that.

K, and the middle of the indicators is transparent, I don't think you can do that with ArtStudio

The center does not have to be transparent, but it looks nice when it is
Just do what looks best for your graphic.
