What happened to you when you were staff? Player comments are a real menace to developers in any game. I feel like you may not have enough experience from the developer/staff side to empathize with this. Or you're a teenager who are naturally devoid of empathy. Teenagers are an alien race, or from Hell sent to destroy all that is beautiful.
