Anyways, here's what Blackjack looks like on an iDevice (On the iPad, I'm pretty sure that it would be smaller on an iPod, which I didn't see it on the iPod).

This looks even worse then the earlier screen shots.
1. The text is clashing with the edge of the blurry GUI.
2. Huge amount of empty space, lower the size of the GUI and center it instead.
3. Using Microsoft's old card graphics (potential copyright infringement). I doubt they're available for free use in commercial environments. You should actually put some effort into this system and make your own deck of cards.
4. Your color scheme is messed up. Blue text, gray background, green buttons?
I'm sure the Blackjack works fine but your presentation needs work.
Want to impress me? Fix the GUI, add support for splitting, and display the basic strategy suggestion to player.
