To be honest, the system to receive these hats is pretty terrible. When I got my 6000th win, I PM'ed a friend, who told me to ask a staff member. The staff member told me to ask Matt. I was ignored. Practically the next day, someone else got to 6000 wins and immediately received the helmet. I asked again. No response. In fact, I only got a response when I saw him talking to someone, and when I asked, he said "hmmm let me think" and left.

I was also ignored when I asked about the 10,000 win hat. However, people still got the hat even a week after I asked. Today's answer is "we do not give out spar hats anymore". Is it even worth the trouble to get noticed, let alone listened to? Pfft, good luck!
