If you can play Dota on Brown switches without your speed being limited by the tactile feedback then it's low enough APM for me to consider low APM. May not be a low APM game in the grand scheme but I'm using a relative scale here.

Any mechanical switches other than reds severely handicap you when playing games like osu, which is what I'm using as a reference point. I can't imagine a dota player being handicapped by using blue switches as opposed to reds.
