Why should losses be removed?

They cause people to not want to spar, because they don't want to mess anything up, instead of just having fun. I personally don't care about my losses.

Ratios are pointless, on UN they didn't have ratios as the official spar stats.

If you keep losses, people might not want to spar others with similar skill.

Losses demotivate, people who start sparring shouldn't focus on losses, but rather their wins. They won't think about their losses, because only their tier would matter.

Wins will show how much you have sparred, making some people veterans.
