Just not sure what you mean by opening VS projects in Edge.

Well obviously with ASP.NET you have to test it out using a browser, but some of the other VS projects are web based too. You can naturally only develop for Windows 8/8.1 or lower because it's the latest fully functional version of Windows but on Win10 in the settings you can enable developer mode and start testing on Win10 so any web based projects can be opened and ran through Edge.
