We cannot divulge release dates for any content. As far as Rufus' apparent estimation goes I'm dubious as to how he would know when something as random as a new shopping complex would be released on Era.

I'm not saying Rufus doesn't know, I just wouldn't expect it considering it's not exactly anything super important for Era in terms of functionality and cross-server stuff.

I'm not even sure if we have a hard internal release date at all, for the Mall yet.
