either OP is lying, support center is lying, or the automated script is funky
I've never heard of guilds with hours on them being deleted, and coincidentally the guilds of mine that had hours on them weren't deleted when the 3 in that support ticket were

Yeah, I can confirm that iFish had a guild named IU with over 150 fort hours. I was in it for few months awhile back, then I got a habit of leaving guilds that weren't my main tag.
There's a same guild on Era, but Era IU wasn't deleted because of me.
