Personally think hideout/building on map should be at 10K because major milestone and should show the date when guild got 10k/position at that time and the full guild npcs + added extra detials guild want in there.
p.s. at the saddle horse thing and not using them in bases(can't) I agree that someone should make an outdoor base that allows horses there for combat as I never really see anyone use them anyway.
