So gang rewards are a big part of basing. Working towards a reward is obviously for our hard work, and can be motivation to some. The gang reward for 1.5k basing hours is great! But, the next reward at 4k is a saddle. 6k, is a mount. 8k is a hideout. (not sure about 8k). Ok, so first off, a saddle, and a mount. Personally this is not much of a reward. Horses are not even used in bases. Same with saddles, if we do not use a horse why do we need this?
8k hideout i think is great, but not the 4k, and 6k. This is what i recommend.

Make a 3k basing hours reward.
A personal gun skin for a decided gun your gang wants.
This would be extremely neat and very awesome! We all want to have a look to represent our gangs, that's why the hat was very nice! If we add a personal gun skin, we would be so Grateful because who does not want to make there gangs most use gun look really nice and fit there style?! This is like another hat but better! If this is not possible, another reward idea should be another personal hat for 8 people. This one is great because who does not want a different hat thats more exclusive to your gang? Making another hat would be really neat to see as another reward.

4k should be a personal melee.
The stats can be decided by an admin who is in charge of stats, and i suggest having the same stats for all melees, but a personal melee would be amazing as an 4k hours reward. It will give us another reward that can represent our gang by looks. Like a hat we can make it our own. who does not want there own personal melee?! I think this would be exceptional. We can all agree on this. Why would we want a saddle when we barely even use a horse?

This is all i have for ideas. Not sure what a 6k reward should be, but definitely not a horse since its basically like a saddle. Most of us do not even use a horse and can not in bases, Better to have the skin and melee idea as we can use it all the time! like wearing a hat all the time. I really hope you guys take this in to consideration. Basing takes times, and deserves good useful rewards we can use constantly. Feel free to comment on these ideas!
