Would recommend the 750 Ti. Not only because it's 3 generations newer, supports more features and has more support from nVidia in general, but because it beats out the 460 in most categories:

In general though, I'd stick to the newer generation cards of similar skews because, as you can see here:

Older generation cards from the same skew perform far worse than cards from newer generations.
