"Go draw a picture of Mohammad, show it to a Muslim and see what happens."

It's against the Qur'an/Koran to create images of Allah/God or the prophet Muhammed/Mohammed so generally a majority of them will get offended by it.
As for the statement itself it was kind of pointing towards extremist terrorist groups, even though it's against Islam law to create images of said character it is also against Islam law to use violence and so a true Muslim would not retaliate in a harmful way the ones who do are extremist and should not be considered Muslims.

As for the theory of evolution, there is a difference between theory and a scientific theory, 'a scientific theory is a well-substantiated explanation of some aspect of the natural world that is acquired through the scientific method and repeatedly tested and confirmed ' and evolution has in some cases been confirmed, testing of course is a bit more difficult since evolution happens over time but they have ran successful tests that have shown how evolution has occurred in some scenarios.
Evolution is real, the debate is whether or not the theory of evolution regarding humans is.
The bible is not a history book as not everything in the bible actually happened, nor can they be confirmed as true facts.
