Not sure if we're saying the same thing here, but yeah humans that are created artificially where you can decide the genetics (I know this is available already to an extent in an attempt to fight inherited diseases, but im thinking on a much broader scale)

Besides that, advancements in robotics, bionics etc. will likely happen. I also believe that in our lifetime, we may see a new branch of Olympics with people using amazing bionic prosthetics or extensions to their current bodies to break limits.
