So if there is like 5 co-leaders, do they really need to give out recruit power to the other newbies in the guild? If the leader wanted more people in the guild to recruit peoples, he would have given them these 'recruit powers'  ? |
Well let's say your guild has 2 leaders. One goes on vacation but he's the one who can give powers. The other leader wants to promote someone to a higher position, and can't give them powers because only the leader can. I mean, it's an option for the leader to give the people the right to. An you wouldn't give it to newbies, you'd give it to people who deserve it.
