There's tons of stuff they COULD do to make the game awesome. The fact they haven't suggests that this sorta thing will never see teh light of day.

All that needs to happen is a little bit of paid work and this game could be huge.
Marketing/advertising, actual full time developing/administration... not just a bunch of folks with some spare time to lord it over the newest wave of noobs...
