That's quite a weak argument. Admins could still retain the right to host exclusive events not available for player hosting.
And... "this **** going out of control" ? What's going to happen? All players will abandon the main map and start hanging out in players' event houses and then people will complain about the drastic drop in crowd lag? Yeah right..
