You say that these few levels are going to turn into "hell holes" from one level being a pk zone? That doesn't make sense, where are these people coming from? There's huge lag going through Graal City RIGHT NOW and you don't need a horse to get through it, you need a GOOD PC to get through it. I'd settle with a horse, at least it's game related.

these people are the ones who would normally be sitting outside but instead flock inside. that lag would be condensed into a few buildings throughout graal city. and you shouldnt need VIP to get through graal city either, and i hardly see how theyre related.
