The GP's job is to 1.promote an entertaining and child friendly server. Their tasks include 2.enforcing an established set of rules, 3.approving appropriate customs uploads, 4.serving as a medium between the players and management and 5.hosting events FOR the players. A proper application of these simple tasks is what determines a good GP.

If Axel redid the GP application and use this thread to answer the questions I doubt he would get hired. Anyone can BS an application. Graal applications are filled with answers applicants thing the hiring person wants to hear, just like real life.
