I have finished watching fate stay night but skipped fate zero as I didn't know about it. Is okay for me to come arch now? Or have I spoiled it already?

It's a prequel series, so you ruined nothing. You'll just know how it ends.
You can even go watch the other Fate/Stay Night and things will be different.
