I've had a few problems too, I uploaded my custom made head and the admin actually responded like this: Do NOT re upload this image. This upland has been disproved re upload this image again and you will be (I couldn't read it all because it was a really long message and the message didn't fit in the pm)--I think it said you will be blacklisted. I hadn't uploaded the head for 3 months before, and I uploaded a head and the message said "sorry we cannot upload this head-_Copyright. The head was just a random head and a friend of mine said he upload 3 different bodies and got comyright too. I think we have a lazy admin if you ask me. I'll try to get the heads to show you guys.

That's a default response when an upload is denied. The admin didn't type that out. But, usually that reason is selected when a player repeatedly tries to upload an illegal head/body/shield for whatever reason.
