Only problem I see. Everyones gonna hide deep underground in a little hole and wait till everyone exploring ad fighting dies.
Also, what happens if you escape the arena lol? I can imagine someone making a portal to the nether and escaping XD.

There's TNT hidden in the arena in mysterious places. So hide in a hole and wait for someone to light TNT above you.
