Part of what we will do is directly pay the players, we will have a system of exchange on our website where players can dump their vits and get paid back in cash. However, obviously we will have a limited supply of cash that we will willingly hand out and the amount will be calculated based on multiple factors (including the revenue we generate from the project and how often the players play the game or interact with our site).
The exchange that I was talking about is done among the players, that is the next step. And that is what we are looking to achieve. Which is why I emphasized the playercount part. Once people see value in the currency they will begin trading amongst themselves. (Just like they do with the current virtual currencies).
I am currently deciding on whether it would be wise to close the exchange completely once players begin trading on their own in the market or to keep it open periodically.
Hope that makes sense

I had an idea of what were the intentions of the game. Your wording is misleading, so I was just making sure some of it was cleared up.
