I usually do chest + arms and thrn every other day legs + cardio.

legs/abs
back/triceps
legs/abs
light cardio on leg days and more demanding cardio on non leg days
I don't work out(too busy playing graal and posting), but if I did this would be how I did it.

If you're still weightlifting after some 10 months then you can move to supplements to help your muscles and energy build. Just read them before choosing and using.

I was thinking the same thing, but not because I thought all graal players were out of shape obese losers. It's just hard for me to believe that people work out when they spend all their free time playing graal.
