Too lazy to see if it was already answered ITT, but are you guys getting the cake bomb and hats from the "!" on wheel? You can get more than 1 hat, or?

I saw someone get the bomb from the "Hat" icon and same with the hat.
I think its only the mount and a free VIP subscription from the "[!]"
