Some work, some don't.

They replied to me saying the system has no errors but I have discovered multiple awards that don't work but they deny it every time I bring it up.

I dislike when you spend five minutes on a survey giving them all your personal information then they tell you that you aren't eligible to complete it, this system is unfair.
