Fire axe all the way since the rarity of it has gone to hell. It'll always bleed heavily with 25 damage.

A good gun layout is:

PBP, Desert Raven and a spammy gun like osiris. If you want over the wall, then SD Cannon/Flak cannon

A good melee is either the riot shield if you want to get to someone without taking a lot of damage, or like a scythe if you want faster speed.
