if you dont want to spar someone with ridiculous lag, just leave them alone. nobody can harass you for avoiding them because realistically, nobody enjoys sparring these people.

I love sparring laggers, delayers. I spar anyone. I like the difficulty of fighting someone who warps, or delays. It also helps you become better at spar.
