I dont think this thread have point, there is too much things to talk about with less information. We cant also debate as good and bad things. You should be more specific and dont try to post different idea on the same post and some was already made before (sorry for my bad english)

To determine 'rarity' or 'common' etc. there should be some script that can figure out how many players have 'hatnamehere.png' and if its like less than 100 or 500, etc then it would be a specific rarity.
