In the last level you see a black dragon with sparkling blue sapphires embedded into it's luscious skin. You get a mission from there to kill the mighty beast but even if you complete this you do not get the rewards so it's pretty null. After completing the mission you leave the cave, when finally outside you get pooped on by a bird flying above. You curse life and kill yourself with a pickax.
