Era had the reputation for hella bad staff, hands down. But luckily they did have a fairly even mix of really good ones as well. The Ol' West staff team however, is basically all the bad staff from era and their equally power and attention hungry friends. I'd be lucky to count more than 5 members of their staff team I can respect.

Era is undefeated regarding that title, also do not mix up staff such as PRS, Higher ups with levels or graphics artists lmao. As for this case here, seems rather strange, rush isn't the type of guy to throw away his position like that.
