At first I thought this is exactly like era but just reskinned. But then I figured it out, Ol' West could be the city of era but a century back! The bridge upgraded from a railway to a Modern bridge for cars, the buildings were modernized to brick instead of wood, etc. Ol' West will be a great server if it does not make the mistakes era did. Such are:

Releasing OP guns that made players quit sparring because dodging was forgotten.
Giving away event coins (aka HS on this server) for free.
Nerfing jobs slowly and making new guns cost more and more.

I very much hope that Ol' West will not repeat Era's history, that way the server will turn out very good.
