Hey I know you. I used the guide in your house to help me with the flippers quest when I started playing again.

Anyway, it's probably because it uses the gralat graphic. Yes it makes no sense given the original being allowed. But logic is not a factor when it comes to approval/disapproval of uploads. Anyone see that episode of South Park about the economy? (where they praised the economy as some kind of god that had failed them and Kyle played the role of Jesus). Recall the scene where it shows how they decide what to do when some kind of economic question comes up? (cut the head off a chicken and watch its lifeless body run around on a table filled with different "options", and wherever the chicken's body falls down, that's the one they go with). I imagine it works similar to that in regards to how admins decide if a an upload should be approved. I would assume the segments on the table are along the lines of:

- Approve instantly
- Wait an hour then approve
- Disapprove with no reason
- Disappeove with vague reason
- Do not resubmit (this is the biggest segment)
- Disapprove with legit reason
- Ban player
- Disapprove instantly

I'm right, aren't I?
