1) Sell 1g hats, or make Halloween themed beanies.
2) Have a costume contest. Person with the most creative costume gets some kind of hat, similar to what Coco does on Valentines Day.
3) Making another Halloween quest. Before Deadwood got completely demolished, there was a haunted house that had a quest inside. I'd like to see a quest like that.
4) 50% off of all customs.
5) This is a long shot, but make a male and female zombie head and bring back selling heads in the shops. These could be limited time heads and you could make some kind of quest that people would have the complete in order to receive/purchase the zombie heads.

8) I didn't really like the Halloween event last year. I quit doing it after I lost so much candy after hours of trick-or-treating.
9) Open Club-crypt.
10) Bring back the other half of deadwood.
