One time, I was starting for a sleepover at by friend's house. We were the only two in the building, because her mom had to take her cat to get it's shots at the vet.
We heard all sorts of noises upstairs, like cabinets banging closed. Eventually after working up the sweat, we went upstairs to check it out; nothing. Nothing has been moved, no one around. So we went to the park until her mom got home, in which case we went back.
Nothing occurred the rest of the day until about 1am maybe 2am that night.

We had just got finished playing PS3 and figured it was time to sleep, because I had work in the morning. So we shut the lights out and laid in bed (same bed).
All the sudden, her phone's light started flickering (flashlight) and it took us like 5 minutes to get the courage to reach for it because we were terrified debating who was going to grab it.
She got the honor. She went to reach for the phone (it was face-down) and about half-way to grabbing it, the light stopped flickering. It had been on a flashlight app where you must click and hold to keep the flashlight on. No strobes.

I've got so many stories, but the most recent ( keep in mind, I did not personally witness this one) is from my brother.
He and his girlfriend started living together roughly 5 months ago.
Apparently she comes from a haunted house, where her younger siblings won't dare to go down the stairs or even her cat. When she tried to take her cat downstairs, it starts hissing and tries running. She's given stories that she has witnessed doors to spare bedrooms and storage room doors unlocking and opening themselves. However, she has been living there for 19 years and says something happens every night that she doesn't care anymore (not sure she actually cares or not? She's typically laid back and sort of sad-hearted)

Anyways, my brother says that he doesn't want to tell her to scare her, but ever since she moved in with him, he gets the feeling he's being watched at night, and sometimes the bedroom door creakes open. They've also got a coat-hanger with a light on top, which he day the light randomly burn out and the hanger pushed to the ground with strength.
